Camera Handbag

When I went to NYC, a few months ago, I was looking for a camera bag that I could wear around that would protect my camera, but also be big enough to keep my wallet in. I ended up just wrapping my camera in a towel and carrying it around in my purse because I couldn’t find anything…
Well, I decided last week to make one! I just used a bag I had already owned, some fabric, a little sewing machine, a needle, thread, different measurements of foam, and velcro!

Depending on the amount of interest and feedback I receive on the one I made for myself, I’m thinking about making lots of different sizes/colors and selling them!

a pocket with a zipper.
a place to keep my journal

Spot to put my film or memory cards... any little things I might be carrying.
Magnetic latch so I don't have to worry about it opening.

  1. I would totally buy that! I've actually ended up doing the camera-in-the-towel-in-the-bag thing quite a bit, and it's a bit tiring. Looks lovely!! :)

  2. Thank you! After all the positive feedback I received I decided to open an Etsy account.
    This bag is now listed!

I will be working on more styles. But, each bag is unique and there will only be one of each. :)
